PROJECTS
Over a decade I have worn multiple production hats, creating hundreds of projects and helping companies educate, motivate, and sell their brand.

Intro to MSAs
This was initially a contract job to complete a series of educational videos, subject: structured settlements, to aid consultants in their discussions with clients. I worked with both internal and external content experts, acquiring a wealth of industry knowledge to produce video and printout materials, delivering what most view as complex topics, packaged nicely into simple bite size bits of content. These videos have been a great success for the 150+ structured settlement consultants. Additionally, I was product owner and adminitstrator of all company media platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, Vyond, Envato, SharePoint).

In this video series, you will learn why Medicare requires funds to be set aside for an injured person's future Medicare-covered medical expenses, the specific requirements of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act (which was enacted to protect Medicare's interests), how payments can be administered, how you can fund Medicare Set-Aside accounts, and learn the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) approval process.

Settlements Institute
After I had completed the initial MSA video series of educational content for Integrated Financial Settlements, I was tasked with running Admin on the company’s learning management system product (LearnUpon). The platform was created with the hopes of connecting industry professionals through engaging educational content uniquely designed for the settlements industry. In a short time, I was given Product Ownership, in addition to being the lead creator of the content and Admin of the site. I worked hand-in-hand with graphic artists (while supplying my own graphics) and an Instructional Designer: creating content, layout and project flow for the Continuing Education Self-Study courses. As acting Product Owner, I found several shortcuts, thus improving efficiency and reducing product costs by 60% in late 2020 and into 2021.

Waterpik Shower Heads (Slow-Mo)
I had the pleasure of using a professional slow motion camera and accompanying software to produce a series of shower heads and their sprays, in slow motion with WaveRock’s owner (the IT Consulting company for WaterPik). This project consisted of pre-production: outlining the layout for concise filming techniques and visual cohesion, setup of 50+ shower heads and plumbing. Production: 3-Day shoot. Post-Production: Editing, animating and delivering via targeted platforms (Amazon, YouTube).

BCI (Jason's Video Process Guide)
This was a contract job to complete a series of College Freshman orientation/explainer videos for CSU Global. I was lead video editor, and eventually project manager of the series, as more video editors and multi-media developers joined the team. Furthermore, to help with internal onboarding and to get the editors quickly on the same page, I created a Video Process Guide via Google Docs. This guide eliminated extra time taken for production, and made sure the final products were cohesive in style and function. Integrating clever ways for student interaction within the videos became a highlight for me. And overall, this series was something I wish I had for when I attended College!

Empower Network
Working alongside a full production team (RevRevDev), I had the opportunity to shine in the post-production department. As hailed as some of my favorite short-term projects, the live weekend events (2,000+ attendees) were non-stop and truly exciting. These large, quarterly marketing events had one purpose: sales. This included live streaming, recording, and producing content to help sell out the following events and products.
Originally, I was tasked to assist filming, wrangle footage, and video edit the content to be used in socials the weeks after the event. I suggested having a quicker turn-around, taking all footage from the event Thursday/Friday/Saturday and even Sunday to edit a recap video that would be shown live on the final night of the event. This meant I edited overnight - working as fast as I could, to create a 3-minute uplifting recap video. I'll admit - there's nothing more exciting than seeing a video equate to thousands of sales live, which is exactly what happened; as I had suggested and predicted. This idea became the events' reoccurring scenario throughout the year, and is said to have generated hundreds of thousands in sales.

Venaccio (Power Hours)
This project series began during my late College years and continues today. As a music lover (mostly Dance Music and various genres of EDM), and passionate video editor, the idea of “Venaccio Power Hour” was born. So wait, what’s a Power Hour? It’s a 60 song and 60 video MIX in 60-minutes. Every minute or so the song and video mixes into the next. Each Power Hour requires many steps:
* Find new music (usually 100+ songs)
* Curate and purchase the music in highest quality
* Organize the tracks via spreadsheet and mix software
* Mix all 60 songs together in DAW
* Find & curate over hundreds of videos to be used
* Edit each video to each song
* Create Tracklist of Artist/Track names, edit on video
* Export final video to socials
* Edit & export varying teasers and trailers for socials
I continue creating these Power Hours today! They keep my audio and video editing skills sharp, are an amazing source of entertainment among friends, are the perfect mix for high-intensity workouts, and keep me up-to-date in the dance music scene that I love so much. Some of my favorite memories stemmed from creating these Power Hours - mainly because of discovering new artists and having the motivation to travel the world for music. I have created 21+ of them so far, and all can be viewed via the link below.
